We are expanding across Europe and we're looking for a Recruiter to join us on a FTC in our London office.

The Mission: At TCG we're looking for a dynamic FTC Recruiter to join our team in London on a full or part time basis. You will play a critical role in shaping our future by attracting, engaging, and interviewing high-quality talent who align with our core values and contribute to our continued success. In this role you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate management to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The Gearbox:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organisation and initial briefing with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and attract top talent through a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience, staying ahead of industry best practices and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers across different departments.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint, reflecting TCG's core values and fostering a strong sense of connection to our company.
  • Collaborate effectively with the broader HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Review applications and CVs, conduct thorough initial screenings (phone and potentially video), and coordinate comprehensive interview schedules to accurately assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS - Workable) ensuring data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, innovative best practices in talent acquisition, and the competitive landscape to ensure TCG remains a top destination for talent.

The Specs (What We'll Need From You):

  • 2 + years of proven experience in Recruitment, with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a start-up, high-growth company or recruitment agency.
  • Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a genuine passion for connecting with people and driving our company values through talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities with speed and accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to improve processes and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Demonstrable experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with prior experience using Workable being a significant bonus.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for proactive candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Fluency in French/Italian/German is a bonus.

The Pit Stop: Parsons Green, London. You'll be predominantly based here, our London HQ. You'll need full UK working rights (sorry, we're unable to provide sponsorship for this position).
