The Drive: The Collecting Group (TCG) isn’t your average company; we’re a team of culture curators who live and breathe cars and watches. We’re not just disrupting the auction industry, we’re redefining it. Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, are already leading the pack, but we’re just getting started. We’re expanding, and we’re looking for a Content & Operations Associate to join us in the UK.

The Mission: Our established global footprint including operations across the UK, Europe, Australia, North America, and the Middle East is rapidly expanding. The Content & Operations Associate will be vital in supporting our accelerated growth and achieving market leadership.

The Gearbox:

  • Manage and execute all photography for new watch consignments, ensuring high-quality and consistent images that align with Watch Collecting's brand standards.
  • Maintain the photography studio setup, manage camera equipment, and keep an organised, secure log of all watches on-site.
  • Take ownership of the physical handling of watches, including securely receiving consignments, packing sold items for shipping, and managing the handover process for local collections.
  • Support internal creative projects, including photography for social media campaigns, editorial content, and special photoshoots, building an internal asset library.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via contact forms, answering common questions about the bidding process, shipping, and payment.

The Specs (What We’ll Need From You):

  • Mastery of camera operation, lenses, and various equipment to adapt to different shooting scenarios.
  • A strong understanding of natural and artificial lighting techniques to create the desired mood and ensure consistent quality.
  • Experience with shooting jewellery/watches preferable.
  • Experience in post-processing using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One.
  • The skill to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, often under pressure.
  • Resourcefulness in overcoming unexpected challenges.
  • The ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience photographing jewellery and/or watches is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
  • Attention to detail and an investigative approach.
  • Proficiency in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce.
  • Experience within logistics is preferred.

The Pit Stop: Parsons Green, London. You’ll be predominantly based here, our London HQ. You’ll need full UK working rights for this position.
