  • Write and refine microcopy (buttons, labels, tooltips, instructions) to improve clarity and reduce drop‑off.
  • Assist with content QA, proofreading and brand‑consistency checks across the platform.
  • Own the CMS structure, templates, permissions and taxonomy across all websites.
  • Work with Product & Engineering to improve content modules and reusable components.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and departments to define and uphold content standards across all websites (tone, structure, naming).
  • Audit live content and fix inconsistencies, broken flows, outdated information and unclear messaging.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Own the relationship with our language / localisation partners and oversee quality and translation process.
  • Use analytics and user insights to identify where content affects conversion, comprehension or trust.
  • Partner with Product, Design and Growth to test and iterate on high‑impact content changes.
  • Use A/B testing to optimise content within funnels such as enquiries, listings, bidding, payments and sign‑ups.

The Specs (What We’ll Need From You):

  • 3–5+ years in Content Management, UX writing, content design or product content roles.
  • Strong understanding of UX, interface language and customer behaviour.
  • Experience using CMS platforms and component‑based design systems.
  • Ability to improve conversion through clear, structured content.
