Role Summary
As an Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end development from idea to realization
- Working with internal and external teams to build an innovation pipeline to meet user needs
- Driving the development of promising ideas covering both viability, desirability and feasibility
- Understanding and navigating the end-to-end development process, including overcoming internal obstacles to launch radically new products
- Working with the Insights Lead, Product Owner and Head of Development to evolve creative ideas into feasible solutions and secure the support needed for strong execution
- Working with agility to systematically prototype, test and launch ideas
- Contributing to executive meetings and board meetings where relevant
- Appropriately and accurately representing The Collect Group at all times
What We Are Looking For
This is a role that requires strong commercial understanding and a strategic mindset. You are a great facilitator, an inspiring presenter and a strong influencer with the ability to create followership. A team player that understands how to build a high performing team around an idea and thrives when working with high levels of uncertainty and ambiguity. You will have significant experience within product/proposition/service development with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and overall project management capability. Experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels is desirable, but not essential.
