Head of IM&T leads systems, platforms and technology to support CHC’s growth and projects. Owns IM&T strategy, builds and leads a small volunteer team, and improves systems, file management and communication to enhance efficiency, professionalism, and brand reputation.
What difference will you make? HOIMT helps CHC by owning and delivering the IM&T strategy, ensuring secure, efficient systems and infrastructure that support project and organisational goals. The role improves communication, file and document management, provides help desk support, manages risk, and leads a volunteer IM&T team to enhance professionalism, collaboration and brand reputation.
What are we looking for?
- Senior IM&T leadership experience.
- Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft 365, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, networking and cloud.
- Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, clear communication and collaborative leadership.
- A real passion for public health.
- Capacity for a 6–10 hour weekly commitment.
What will you be doing?
- Sit on CHC’s Leadership Team, reporting to the COO.
- Own IM&T strategy, set SMART goals and lead IM&T for CFK and FAS.
- Build and resource the IM&T team.
- Ensure secure and efficient systems, policies, standards and risk management.
- Provide technical steering, reports and forecasting.
- Run help desk support.
- Recruit, engage and retain volunteers to deliver project and organisational goals.
