We are looking to recruit a 32‑hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at our 522‑branch located at 6 St Asaph Avenue North, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl LL18 5EE.
Shift Pattern
- Monday 09:00‑17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00‑17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00‑17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00‑17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense and label prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
- Assist with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary and the shop.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and work as part of a well‑established team.
- Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with utmost attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training courses to progress and obtain the recognised Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in Dispensing.
- Strong people skills and ability to work within a team.
