Position Summary: 40‑hour Qualified Pharmacy Accuracy Checker – Fixed term 12‑month contract.

Location: 496‑branch, 21 Avenue Road, Seaton, Delavel, Whitley Bay, NE25 0DS.

Schedule:

  • Monday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Tuesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Wednesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Thursday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Friday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities: As a Qualified Pharmacy Checking Technician you will lead dispensing activities, checking prescription items quickly and accurately. You will ensure high standards of customer care and services, build relationships, identify customer needs, offer friendly advice, and maintain excellent product knowledge. You will coach colleagues to follow the same high standards. Attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, and a passion for pharmacy are essential.
