We are looking to recruit a 16-hour Qualified Pharmacy Accuracy Checker to work at our 574-branch located at Wolds House, Medforth Street, Market Weighton, York, YO43 3FF.

Shift pattern: Wednesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break), Friday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break).

Responsibilities

  • Lead dispensing activities and check prescription items quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure that our high standards of customer care and services are maintained throughout the branch.
  • Build customer relationships, establish their needs, provide friendly advice and demonstrate excellent product knowledge and services.
  • Coach others in your branch to do the same.
  • Maintain utmost attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.

A passion for pharmacy and strong people skills are paramount to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proof of completion of the Accuracy Checking Course is required.
  • Excellent people skills are essential.
