Immediate Start Available! We have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Team Operative to join our branch refit team who are primarily based at our Head Office in Lostock, Bolton BL6 4SA. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work at various sites across the UK, which on occasion will require overnight stays in hotels. This position is permanent and the contracted hours will be a basic minimum of 40 hours per week; regular overtime is usually required, typically working a 55‑hour week. Standard baseline working hours are Monday to Friday 9 am until 6 pm with a daily 1‑hour unpaid lunch, however you will often be required to work on Saturdays and out of hours.

- You must have the ability to adapt to a variety of working environments such as Head Office, Pharmacy branches and other various properties that we own.
- You must have a full, UK clean driving licence!

- Sharing driving responsibilities of the company van to and from sites
- Completing set jobs in a timely manner
- Assisting Team Leaders to set up the work sites
- Manual handling
