We are looking to recruit a 40‑hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a fixed term contract to work at our 451‑branch located at 77 High Street East, Glossop, SK13 8PN.
Shift Pattern
- Monday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to customers.
- Support dispensing and labelling of prescription items.
- Receive prescriptions and hand out prescription items.
- Assist with ordering and managing stock levels within the dispensary.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential; skills in planning, attention to detail and working under pressure are required.
- The successful candidate must have great people skills as this is paramount to your role.
- You will be required to work as part of a well‑established team and ensure customers receive a high standard of service.
