We are looking to recruit a 37.5-hour Qualified Checker to work at our 520‑branch located at 31 Market Place, Egremont.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday 09:00-18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Tuesday 09:00-17:30 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Wednesday 09:00-17:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Thursday 09:00-17:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Friday 09:00-18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)

Role Overview:

As a Qualified Pharmacy Checker, you will lead dispensing activities through checking prescription items quickly and accurately, while ensuring that our high standards of customer care and services are maintained throughout the branch. You must be confident in building customer relationships, establishing their needs, providing friendly advice and excellent product knowledge and services. The role requires the drive and enthusiasm to coach others in your branch to maintain high standards. The utmost attention to detail is required, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. You must have a passion for pharmacy in order to drive the business forward and have great people skills, which are paramount to this role.

Qualifications:

Proof of completion of the Accuracy Checking certificate is required.
