We are looking to recruit a technician to work at our 520‑branch located at 31 Market Place, Egremont, CA22 2AG.
Shift Pattern
- Monday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00‑17:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00‑17:30 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00‑17:30 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00‑17:30 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Lead dispensing activities by checking and dispensing prescription items quickly and accurately.
- Ensure high standards of customer care and services throughout the branch.
- Build customer relationships, establish their needs, provide friendly advice and demonstrate product knowledge.
- Coach team members to uphold the same standards.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail while working under pressure and strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Proof of completion of the Accuracy Checking Course (ACT Qualification) and registration with the GPhC.
- Passion for pharmacy and a drive to contribute to the business.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
