Whilst working in this branch you will gain excellent knowledge and skills which will contribute to successfully gaining the recognised Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in Dispensing. The role is ideally suited to someone with previous customer service experience and who is willing to undertake the relevant training courses to progress.

- Working hours: 38‑hour week at 581‑branch located at 13‑17 Peel Street, Chorley, PR7 2EF
- Shift pattern:
- Monday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00‑17:30 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 13:30‑21:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Accurate dispensing and labelling of prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
- Assist with ordering and managing stock levels within the dispensary and the shop.
- Maintain utmost attention to detail, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Work as part of a well‑established team and ensure customers receive a high standard of service.

- Previous customer service experience.
- Willingness to undertake training courses to progress.
- Great people skills and a desire to learn and progress your career in our business.
