We are looking to recruit a 37.5-hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a fixed-term contract to work at our 510-branch located at Cleator Moor Health Centre, Birks Road, Cleator Moor, CA25 5HP.
Shift Pattern
- Monday 08:30-15:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 08:30-15:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 08:30-18:00 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 08:30-15:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00-10:30
- Saturday: 2 shifts a month for 3 hours (09:00-12:00)
Responsibilities
- Assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers.
- Support the dispensing and labelling of prescription items.
- Receive prescriptions and hand out prescription items.
- Assist with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential.
- Skills in planning, attention to detail and working under pressure are required.
- Great people skills and ability to work as part of a well-established team.
