We are looking to recruit a 32‑hour Qualified Checking Technician to work at our 771‑branch located at 27 Weston Road, Long Ashton, Bristol, BS41 9AA.
Shift Pattern
- Tuesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Lead dispensing activities, checking prescription items quickly and accurately.
- Ensure high standards of customer care and services are maintained throughout the branch.
- Build customer relationships, establish their needs, provide friendly advice and excellent product knowledge and services.
- Coach others in the branch to provide high standards of customer care.
- Maintain attention to detail while working under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Drive the business forward with a passion for pharmacy and outstanding people skills.
Qualifications
- Completion of the Accuracy Checking Course (ACT Qualification).
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail orientation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
