Brief Role Description
You will be tasked to manage all aspects of Medihealth\'s retail sales, reports & to effectively & efficiently keep Medihealth retail trading accounts current. Responsible to generate monthly reports on your allocated business.
Sales experience in this environment desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily calls into retail customers; managing customer service, managing customer expectations & company expectations to encourage growth.
- Using your sales skills to upsell and manage customer expectations.
- Ensuring your daily, weekly and monthly targets are worked on & producing month end reports on activity.
- Keeping records current of all allocated customers.
- Maintaining a good level of market information to carry out your primary function of sales.
- Achieving individual targets based on the team target.
- Promoting Medihealth products/services into retail customers with confidence.
- Providing feedback of information to team members to facilitate sales and maximise profits.
- Allocating a minimum time each day to capture new business.
- Producing profitability reports.
- Quarterly account rotation to build relationships within the whole portfolio of accounts.
- Handling related tasks to support the running of Medihealth as required.
- Attending trade shows twice yearly, occasionally on weekends.
