We are looking to recruit a 38-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at our branch located at Stanley Street, Ulverston, LA12 7BS.
Schedule
- Monday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00-16:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist with the accurate dispensing and labelling of prescription items.
- Help with ordering and managing stock levels within the dispensary and the shop.
- Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide high-standard customer service as part of a well-established team.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training courses to progress, including the Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in dispensing.
