We are looking to recruit a 40‑hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a fixed term contract to work at our 033‑branch located at 17 Bridge Road, Crosby, Liverpool, L23 6SA.
Shift pattern:
- Monday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense and label prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
- Assist with ordering and managing stock levels within the dispensary and the shop.
- Maintain the utmost attention to detail and work efficiently under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Provide high‑standard customer service as part of a well‑established team.
- Support the learning and progression towards the recognized Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in Dispensing.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training courses to progress in the role.
- Great people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
