We are looking to recruit a 40-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at our 021-branch located at 12/13 Marian Square, Bootle, Liverpool, L30 5QA.
Shift Pattern
- Monday 09:00‑18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00‑18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00‑18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00‑18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00‑18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Role Responsibilities
- Accurate dispensing and labelling of prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
- Assisting with ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary and shop.
- Providing high standard of customer service within a well-established team.
- Maintaining attention to detail and working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training courses (e.g., Counter Course and NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing) to progress in the business.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong people skills and an eagerness to learn.
