We are looking to recruit a 12-hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at our 775-branch located at 8 Eastland Road, Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 1DS.
Proposed shift pattern:
- Monday 14:00-18:00
- Tuesday 14:00-18:00
- Friday 14:00-18:00
As a Qualified Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers, with specific responsibility for supporting the dispensing and labelling of prescription items. Additional responsibilities include receiving prescriptions and handing out prescription items and assisting with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential.
Skills: Skills in planning, attention to detail and working under pressure are required. Strong people skills are paramount to this role, and you will work as part of a well‑established team to ensure our customers receive a high standard of service.
