Location: 324‑branch, 259c Orrell Road, Orrell, Wigan, WN5 8NB.
Working Hours: Tuesday 12:00 – 15:00 and Friday 12:00 – 15:00.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly and conscientiously deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing homes, and residential homes.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and portray a friendly professional image as an ambassador for the Cohens brand.
- Deliver prescriptions within the designated time period under pressure.
- Plan and print daily routes in the branch prior to departure.
- Assist with PR exercises to increase business as required.
Requirements:
- Great people skills and ability to work as part of a well‑established team.
- Very basic computer skills for route planning and printing.
- Own a vehicle that permits business use; personal insurance must allow business use.
- Provide proof of increased premium for business coverage; the company will contribute financially.
- Undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
Compensation:
- Mileage reimbursement: 42p per mile up to 10,000 miles; beyond that 25p per mile as per HMRC guidelines.
- Fuel receipts required for each petrol station visit; mileage claim submitted weekly.
