We are looking to recruit a 25‑hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a fixed‑term contract to work at our 496‑branch located at 21 Avenue Road, Seaton, Delaval, Whitley Bay, NE25 0DS. The proposed shift pattern is Monday 09:30‑14:30, Tuesday 09:30‑14:30, Wednesday 09:30‑14:30, Thursday 09:30‑14:30, Friday 09:30‑14:30.
Responsibilities
- Assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to customers, including dispensing and labelling prescription items.
- Receive prescriptions, hand out prescription items and support the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services.
- Planning, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent people skills and ability to work as part of a well‑established team.
