This role is based at our 524 branch on Elstree Way, Haydon, Swindon, SN25 4YX. Work hours: Monday to Friday 08:30‑18:30 and Saturday 09:00‑12:00. You must be flexible to work within these opening times.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Promptly delivering prescription items to private homes, nursing and residential homes while maintaining a professional image as an ambassador for the Cohens brand.
  • Working under pressure to meet designated delivery times.
  • Ensuring accuracy of prescriptions in line with regulated procedures.
  • Adhering to company mileage reimbursement guidelines (40p/mile up to 10,000 miles, 25p/mile thereafter).
  • Maintaining fuel receipts and submitting mileage claims weekly.
  • Basic computer skills are required to plan and print daily routes.
  • Occasionally assisting with PR exercises to increase business.

You must use your own vehicle; your insurance policy must allow business use. The company will contribute financially to the business portion of your insurance once you provide proof of the increased premium.
