Qualifications and Requirements
The successful candidate must have prior customer service experience and be willing to undertake relevant training courses to progress. The role includes opportunities to gain the Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in Dispensing.
Responsibilities
- Dispense and label prescription items accurately under guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
- Assist with ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary and shop.
- Provide high-quality customer service as part of a well-established team.
- Work to strict deadlines with attention to detail and a desire to learn and progress within the business.
Shift Pattern
The proposed shift pattern is as follows:
- Monday 09:00-18:00 (one-hour unpaid break)
- Tuesday 11:30-18:00 (30 minutes unpaid break)
- Wednesday 09:00-18:00 (one-hour unpaid break)
- Thursday 09:00-18:00 (one-hour unpaid break)
