The Coffee Lounge - Lindley - 24 Hours +
This is a very busy coffee shop that serves food from 8.30am to 4.00pm Mon-Sun. You are required to cook and prepare at the same time and therefore must be relaxed and fairly skilled. You will be working with another team member at most times and a pot washer to assist during peak times. Saturday or a Sunday is a must with a 1 in 3 also doing both a Saturday & Sunday which is evenly rotated with the other team members every 3 weeks.
It is recommended that the ideal candidate takes a look at our menu to ensure he/she is comfortable with the Breakfast & Lunch Menu and its requirements. You must be capable of the following:
- Making Gourmet Sandwiches/Paninis/Wraps/Salads
- Cooking Breakfast Dishes, such as Eggs Benedict, Poached Eggs, Omelettes, Full English - Meat & Veg Options, French Toast Options & Jacket Potato.
- Taking regular note of out of stock requirements
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in short order cooking
- Be technically efficient
- Be very calm, organised and tidy
- Level 2 Food & Hygiene is a minimum requirement

- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
