As we continue to grow our store estate, our recruitment team plays a huge part in finding the right people to join us. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is organised, energetic and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll support the recruitment of talented people across our growing business, managing your own recruitment desk and working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

You’ll be involved throughout the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and managing applications through to arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and supporting the onboarding process.

This is a role where organisation, pace and prioritisation are key. You’ll have multiple vacancies running at the same time, so being able to manage your workload, meet deadlines and adapt quickly is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a high volume of vacancies across the business.
• Advertising roles across relevant recruitment platforms and social media.
• Reviewing applications and identifying suitable candidates.
• Speaking with candidates and carrying out initial screening.
• Arranging interviews and assessment days.
• Keeping candidates informed and providing a great candidate experience.
• Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
• Managing your own recruitment desk and prioritising vacancies effectively.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and completing administration.
• Supporting the onboarding process.
• Monitoring recruitment activity and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Working to agreed deadlines and recruitment targets.
• Helping the wider Talent Acquisition team wherever needed.
• Being flexible and agile as the business continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who is a real people person and enjoys speaking to candidates, building relationships and working as part of a busy team.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in recruitment (agency or internal), HR administration or a similar role.
• An understanding of, or background in, hospitality operations would be highly desirable.
• Excellent organisation and administration skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and a busy recruitment desk.
• Confidence working at pace and managing high volumes of activity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work to deadlines and manage your time effectively.
• A positive, friendly and approachable attitude.
• A flexible and agile approach to work.
• IT Literate - we use Google workspace and ADP
• A genuine interest in people and helping candidates find the right opportunity.

The Person

You’ll be someone who gets things done.

You're naturally organised, enjoy being busy and don't get overwhelmed when your to do list gets longer. You can confidently juggle competing priorities, know what needs your attention first and aren't afraid to pick up the phone and speak to people.

You'll be friendly, positive and approachable, with the ability to build great relationships with candidates, managers and colleagues.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy being part of a fast moving, growing business and want to develop your career within Talent Acquisition.
