About the role

We’re looking for Fresh Food - Production Team Leader who wants to trade the factory grind for a positive kitchen environment.
Based in our Central Kitchen in Warrington, you’ll be part of a team. Crafting real food, freshly sourced ingredients for our community hubs across the North West.

6:00 am – 2:30 pm: The Early Bird
7:00 am – 3:30 pm: The Classic
8:00 am – 4:30 pm: The Smooth Start
12:00 pm – 5:00 pm: The Short & Sweet
What You’ll Be Doing:
Instead of watching products whiz past you, you’ll be:
- Prepping with Passion: Slicing, dicing, and preparing fresh ingredients for our Coffee House range.
- Assembly: You will be preparing fresh sandwiches, wraps and salads ect... This is high volume is due to the popularity of our stores.
- Packing: Joining the packing team, ensuring all the teams hard work is packaged, labelled correctly and ready for store.
- Quality Control: Ensuring every sandwich, wrap, salad, or snack looks as good as it tastes.
- Leading the Team: Working closely with our bakers and chefs to hit our daily fresh food goals. Keeping everyone motivated and organised throughout the day. Working closely with the manager and assistant manager to hit targets on time.
- Safety First: Keeping a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
About You
