Join Our Passionate Team as a Coffee House Enthusiast!
Role: Team Member. Salary: a competitive rate of pay, 5% above National Minimum Wage (NMW). Contract: Permanent, minimum of 10 hours per week.
Location: The Coffee House, Birkenhead (part of a network across the North West of England and North Staffordshire).

What You Will Bring
- Guest Experience: Create memorable, personalised experiences and address guest questions professionally to leave a lasting impression.

- Product Expert: Develop an in‑depth understanding of offerings to confidently advise guests; brew great coffee and support teas, coolers, seasonal ranges.
- Team Player: Assist with opening and closing the store and perform other duties as needed; contribute to a positive team environment.
As a Coffee House Team Member, you’ll be the heart and soul of our brand, creating unforgettable moments for every guest and having fun while learning and developing.
