Hours: Minimum contracts available from 10 - 30 hours per week
Salary: Up to £13.05 per hour (dependent on age and experience)

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a smile and create a friendly, positive first impression.
- Respond to customer questions, feedback, and concerns professionally and proactively.
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food to our brand’s high standards.
- Operate the till and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver efficient service, especially during busy periods.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Take initiative to step in and address issues, support colleagues, or work flexibly when gaps are identified.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in every interaction.
- Support other reasonable duties as directed by the manager.
