About The Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader who will support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding customer service, while helping our team grow and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, welcoming customers and ensuring a friendly, positive first impression.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally, coaching the team on best practices.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food to brand standards.
  • Operate the till, handle payments accurately, and complete end-of-shift cashing up procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, place daily orders, and support the team during busy periods for smooth service.
  • Communicate clearly with the team and management, providing guidance and updates on daily operations.
  • Take initiative to resolve issues, support colleagues, and fill operational gaps proactively.
  • Motivate, engage, and develop the team through coaching, training, and performance support.
  • Step up to the Store Manager role when needed, taking responsibility for overall store operations.
  • Undertake lone‑working responsibilities, including opening and closing the store safely.
  • Promote a professional, reliable, and positive work culture, setting expectations for behaviour and performance.
