About You

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader who will support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding customer service, while helping our team grow and reach their full potential.
A day in the life of a Coffee House Team Leader:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service, strong operational performance and a positive store culture.
- Provide clear direction, coaching and encouragement to help team members develop their skills, build confidence and perform at their best.
- Hold responsibility for opening and closing the store and other duties as assigned.
- Lead by example in creating memorable, personalised experiences for every customer, bringing passion, purpose and care to every interaction.
- Support the team in delivering fast, friendly and efficient service, proactively anticipating customer needs and ensuring our standards of hospitality are consistently achieved.
Product Expert:
- Maintain an expert understanding of our food and beverage offer, ensuring all products are prepared and served to brand standards.
- Coach and support team members to build their product knowledge, enabling them to confidently recommend items and enhance the guest experience.
- Support the Store Manager in coordinating daily operations and guiding the team to achieve shared goals.
- Foster a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture by encouraging collaboration, recognising strengths and providing day-to-day guidance.
Communication Skills:
- Communicate clearly, confidently and respectfully with customers and team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Act as a key link between the team and management, sharing updates, feedback and operational information to support smooth store performance.
Problem Solving & Decision Making:
- Take a proactive approach to resolving customer queries and operational challenges, using sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Support the team during busy periods by stepping in where needed and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Uphold and monitor our standards of excellence across service, product quality and store presentation.
- Ensure every detail reflects our commitment to genuine hospitality while supporting the team to consistently deliver at the highest level.
