This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering exceptional coffee operations from day one while building and developing a high-performing team. Reporting to the Opening General Manager and forming part of the HQ leadership team, you will lead from the front, owning service, standards, and execution during launch, peak trading, and beyond.
