Your Day-to-Day
As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be working on exciting projects that challenge and inspire you. Here's what a typical day might look like:
- Lead and manage software development projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, specialists)
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience in software development
- Understanding of modern technologies and their applications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred
- Knowledge of how to leverage modern tools for project management
Nice to Have
- Technical background in software development
- Familiarity with data workflows and analytics
- Understanding of modern software capabilities
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of technology ethics and best practices
