What We Need:
As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome customers, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, deal with our guests' reservations and make sure that they receive the most iconic welcome there is!
- Escort guests to their tables and give them the best tour around our cocktail menu. We want to hear your recommendations.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests over the phone.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entryway, waiting area, and restrooms.
- Manage and maintain the venue's social media platforms, including creating, scheduling, and publishing regular content (posts, stories, and updates).
- Engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote events, special offers, and key announcements to increase attendance and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and trends.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the host stand and organizing reservation books.
