Overview
The Coca‑Cola Company is transforming marketing and trade investments with Fuelight 360, a proprietary system that provides a single source of truth for financial outcomes, customer impact, and consumer recruitment. The Business Integration Lead (also known as Global Integration Lead) will lead a team to embed Fuelight 360 into the System’s way of working, ensuring adoption and delivering measurable outcomes. As part of the Global Resource Allocation Leadership team, the role drives cultural, operational, and process changes necessary to integrate the platform and sustain value.
Responsibilities
- Work with System leaders and users in markets to embed Fuelight into day‑to‑day processes and drive adoption of key decision routines such as the Monthly Business Review and media campaign pre‑execution planning.
- Design, document and drive lasting process, role and mindset shifts across how the System does marketing.
- Collect user feedback on actionability, value add and delightfulness; formulate product enhancement and update requests for the product backlog to achieve well‑defined success criteria.
- Partner with the Fuelight Product Manager to solicit user input on the product backlog and discovery of new product features.
- Identify and onboard additional users and leadership teams in existing and new markets, OUs and Bottler organizations as the Fuelight product is launched across capabilities, functions and geographies.
- Drive ongoing senior leadership sponsorship and accountability by preparing and facilitating effective decision‑making forums.
- Network with other marketing, strategy, operations, finance and resource‑allocation capabilities to identify and unlock synergies that drive improved System outcomes while simplifying user experiences.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in strategy, marketing, commercial, operations or finance.
- Deep familiarity with the Coca‑Cola System and understanding of growth drivers; experience owning a P&L for a market or brand is a plus.
- Track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Working knowledge of best practices on portfolio management, resource allocation and performance‑measurement solutions (MVA/MMM) is a plus.
- Experience driving business growth as a System (e.g., Franchise GM) and good knowledge of the marketing and shopper environment including sales, media, and trade data.
- Strong project‑management experience and ability to work in a diverse cultural environment; efficient communicator and influencer at all levels.
- Excellent people and leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Science, Finance or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with key business partners and coach and influence across all levels of an organisation.
- Highly curious, makes bold decisions, thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable executing through ambiguity.
