As Senior Director, Global Connected Media Strategy, you will be the architect of media strategies that position our brands at the forefront of cultural and technological relevance.

The successful candidate will future proof our brand communication strategies through Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid media, ensuring continued relevance in a rapidly evolving consumer and technology landscape. By challenging the status quo and evolving beyond existing media practices, this leader will lead and harness media as a growth driver enabled by agentic solutions, data, culture, commerce, and innovation to create globally scalable media frameworks.
The role will strengthen how brands connect with consumers today while building the media capabilities required for the decade ahead. The candidate to this role is a curious and future-focused change leader responsible for redefining how media drives growth in an increasingly AI-powered, creator lead and commerce connected ecosystem.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Shape the future of Connected Media Model Strategy as an engine of brand/company growth.
- Support the development of the global media vision to strengthen brand relevance and ensure brands remain contemporary and culturally connected in a rapidly changing consumer, technology, and Agentic era.
- Challenge established thinking and identify new opportunities supporting consumer exposure, engagement and transaction.
- Work with Global Category Presidents to translate business priorities into scalable growth systems that seamlessly integrate media, creators, retail media, commerce, technology, and consumer experiences to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Champion the adoption of AI, agentic solutions, creator ecosystems, commerce-enabled media, and emerging technologies to redefine how consumers connect with brands.
- Drive experimentation and innovation that stretches beyond traditional media practices and organizational comfort zones.
- Transform audience intelligence, behavioural insights and cultural understanding into actionable growth opportunities.
- Partner with media, creative, digital, influencer, commerce, and technology partners to co-create audience base, data driven, integrated, future-ready connected communication strategic ecosystems.
- Ensure all partners work toward a cohesive strategic vision that strengthens consumer connections and delivers short and long term business impact.
- Translate global media strategies into clear frameworks, playbooks, and capabilities that can be effectively cascaded across Operating Units.
- Ensure a balance between global consistency and local relevance, embedding and scaling best practices across the organization.
