In this role you will lead FP&A for the supply chain, shaping cost insights and forecasts to support global operations. You’ll partner with cross-regional teams to standardize methodologies, drive analytics, and push automation and transformational initiatives. You’ll deliver actionable insights that inform supply chain performance and strategic decisions. This is a chance to influence how a iconic global brand scales operations through data and finance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6 associates and partner with Genpact
  • Oversee annual production of concentrate standard cost rates for direct materials, packaging, and overhead across CPS locations
  • Act as primary liaison for global CPS finance to align procurement, plant finance, and ingredient costing
  • Manage annual SAP costing cycles and validate master data for accurate reporting
  • Provide monthly performance reviews with variance analysis, trends, and risk/opportunity assessments
  • Collaborate on standard cost processes for new product launches and reformulations
  • Manage third-party service providers for pricing and accounting activities, ensuring internal controls
  • Develop forecasting models for key cost drivers to support procurement and decision-making
  • Drive global standards in reporting and analytics, exploring automation opportunities
  • Participate in global initiatives (policy deployments, S/4HANA) to ensure finance integration
  • Monitor productivity initiatives and present insights to leadership

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years in FP&A, finance, or supply chain finance
  • Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong experience with SAP or related ERP systems
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing cross-functional, global stakeholder engagement
  • Skilled in forecasting, cost analytics, and scenario analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
  • Track record of driving digital tools and transformation for process improvements
