Overview

The Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) function ensures the efficient and compliant production, distribution, and innovation of Coca-Cola products.

We focus on leveraging technology and optimizing processes to deliver products to consumers globally while maintaining sustainability.

What will you do as a Coca-Cola Ignite Intern?

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the continuous improvement of supply chain operations, product innovation, and technology integration.
  • Assist the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs team with continuous improvement projects, claim substantiation, ingredient compliance checks, and maintenance of regulatory documentation while bringing new ideas and technologies into life.
  • Help manage the introduction of new technologies that drive operational efficiency.
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support product innovation and packaging sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure quality standards and timely deliveries.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects to enhance supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Undergraduate or master’s student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technical Innovation, Chemistry, or science related fields.
  • Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Commitment: Must be available to start October 1, 2026 and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 12‑month internship.
  • Language: Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values; curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high‑performance and diverse environment.
  • Relationship skills: Inclusive, team‑oriented, and adept at building relationships.
  • Relevant Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of supply chain principles and logistics.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with proficiency in relevant software and tools related to supply chain management.
