We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service Driver team at our new purpose-built distribution centre in Darlington.

Position Summary: The Customer Service Driver plays a crucial role in our organization by delivering products and services to customers with the highest level of professionalism and care. This position requires a commitment to excellent customer service, safe driving practices, and effective communication skills. The Customer Service Driver acts as a representative of our company, ensuring that every interaction with customers is positive and reflective of our values.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-departure you will carry out vehicle checks before following the delivery schedule in a timely manner.
- You will report issues to the transport office and check temperatures along the way.
- You will unload the vehicle using the tail lift and get the relevant documentation signed by the restaurant.
- When returning to site you will clean the inside of the vehicle and refuel the unit and fridge unit before parking up as directed before de-briefing your shift manager.
