Our client, a very successful global delivery solutions company, is looking to add a Quality Analyst to the team. This amazing client is looking for someone with great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

The Role

  • Ensuring reports (Excel based reporting monitoring each leg of the parcel's journey) across all our models are kept up to date daily.
  • Monitoring parcels from origin to destination through to delivery to the end consumer.
  • Highlighting any concerns or delays impacting Quality to the relevant supplier in good time.
  • Liaising with suppliers (warehouse/broker/carrier) to resolve issues.
  • Taking ownership of customer problems and being proactive in achieving solutions.
  • Communicating any delays to management.
  • Ensuring all parcel tracking is sent by our suppliers, highlighting any concerns.
  • Identifying trends in performance that could impact Quality.
  • Ensuring pre-alerts are sent accurately and on time to our suppliers.
  • Developing finger-tip knowledge of internal and external processes.
  • Willing to undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.

The role can offer remote working and interviews are available immediately.
