A respected and UK leading law firm based in East Sussex is looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Paralegal to support their busy Residential Real Estate team. You will be assisting a solicitor in the running of live files, in addition to supporting them in all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from instructions through to post completion.

Duties Included:

  • Assisting clients where possible, by phone or email, or in person, taking a professional and flexible approach at all times.
  • Drafting legal documents.
  • Post completion work on files, to include completing SDLT forms, registration, scheduling deeds and archiving.
  • Providing conveyancing quotes.
  • Inputting data onto a case management system, to include setting up files.

Requirements:

  • Previous Conveyancing and Residential experience in a legal environment is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and sufficiently competent to work to timescales, able to use your initiative and be commercially aware.
  • Well-organised, with a keen eye for detail.

This is a full-time role with hybrid working after passed probation. Interviews are available immediately. Ask for Elise @ Coast.
