An exceptional opportunity has arisen within a reputable Specialist Real Estate Lender. The Completions Officer will ensure all Buy To Let Mortgage Loan offer conditions are satisfied and funds are released on time by working closely with Solicitors, Underwriters and brokers, collecting outstanding documents, answering queries and ensuring all legal documents and conditions from the mortgage offer are satisfied.

Completion Officer duties:

  • Handling own pipeline from the Mortgage Offer to completion.
  • Ensuring all Special Conditions of the offer are dealt with prior to completion.
  • Ensuring all necessary documents are received prior to completion.
  • Processing Certificate of Title.
  • Communicating with solicitors/conveyancers (regularly chasing solicitors and/or Valuers).
  • Updating brokers on the progress of their transaction.
  • Monitoring the Mortgage Offer expiry pipeline and ensuring that no funds are released if the Mortgage Offer has reached the expiry date.
  • Monitoring the Valuation expiry pipeline and ensuring that no funds are released if the Valuation report has reached the expiry date.
  • Ensuring that all cases are progressing smoothly by following up outstanding documents/information with all parties.
  • Arranging transfer of funds for completion.
  • Communicating internally with regards to completion.
  • Dealing with all post-completion requirements.
