A Specialist Bridging Finance Lender in the city (Liverpool street) are gearing up to take a larger chunk of the market and are looking for 10 new Telephone based Sales Executives to start in the next few months.
The role is focused on developing business relationships with Brokers and intermediaries through regular telephone contact in order to secure a property finance deal. A property developer who is looking for perhaps £500k would seek finance through a broker. Your job is to source these potential deals through calling the brokers regularly.
No experience is required, though you need to be hungry and under no illusion that this is a pure sales and development opportunity, based in a highly professional city office. You will be measured and rewarded by KPI performance and ultimately how many property deals cross the line.
You will need to have 1st class communication skills. Full training will be given via a comprehensive 2 week training programme.
To give you an indication of who has been successful in this role, two positions have recently been offered to a call centre operative and a retail customer sales rep in a clothing shop.
