About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Assistant to support the management and maintenance of our client’s commercial property portfolio.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You’ll work closely with the Business Facilities Manager to ensure buildings are safe, compliant, well-maintained and provide an excellent environment for tenants and visitors.
The successful candidate will enjoy problem-solving, building relationships with tenants and contractors, and taking ownership of a wide range of facilities and property management tasks.
Flexibility is essential, as occasional attendance outside normal working hours may be required for emergencies.
Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for tenants, contractors and service providers.
Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs and planned maintenance.
