Responsibilities

Our client is a specialist commercial hygiene company, based in Southend. You will be responsible for a range of key account clients. These clients will need to be supported throughout their service journey with us; This means from planning to coordination and preparation to completion. Each of these steps are critical and breakdowns in any of the stages can result in works being cancelled which is a financial cost to the company, can put the client at risk and be negative to our brand.

Specifics include:

β€’ Ensuring all contracted work is being delivered to client expectations and within agreed KPIs.

β€’ Supporting the planning team to ensure all work is scheduled in line with KPIs.

β€’ Identifying and implementing efficiencies and productivity savings within the key accounts, to maximise profit margin.

β€’ Ensuring access issues are documented, liaising with clients with our best course of recommendations and managing solutions, to support client’s estates remaining compliant.

β€’ Supporting post service reporting, ensuring these are issued to our clients within 5 working days of work completion.

β€’ Problem solving – to include customer complaints & delivery issues. Ensuring records are kept up to date with progress.

β€’ To work with line manager regards to client complaints and potential FOC or chargeable revisits, whilst keeping the financial requirements of the business in mind.

β€’ Ensure line manager is up to date with any issues which may affect customer relationships.

β€’ Managing the financials on the Worksheet ensuring these are always kept up to date – including estimates, jobs to be programmed, variations, awaiting approval cost, contract reconciliation, WIP investigations and Variances.

β€’ Preparing, attend, run client review meetings and ensure follow up actions completed.

β€’ Support others in the team, as and when required (annual leave, sickness, etc.).

β€’ Liaising or organising subcontractors as and when internal resources are unable to deliver works, to ensure delivery continues as planned.

β€’ Liaising with Sales Account Manager on any upselling/cross selling opportunities and remedial works

β€’ Ensuring contract program of works are kept up to date in line with delivery.

β€’ Collabit asset management – ensuring all asset information within the system is accurate.

β€’ Non-conformance management – ensuring non-conformances are reviewed, recorded, and processed through a system to ensure all actions are completed by the company, identifying any risk to the client and remedial recommendations required.
