Bridging Case Manager | £38,000–£40,000 + Benefits

We are working with a growing specialist property lender who are looking to appoint an experienced Bridging Case Manager to join their team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in bridging, property finance, mortgages or specialist lending who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of cases from application through to completion.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of bridging cases from application through to completion.
• Liaise with brokers, borrowers, solicitors, valuers and internal lending teams.
• Coordinate outstanding information, documentation and lending conditions.
• Proactively manage cases to ensure transactions complete within agreed timescales.
• Identify and resolve issues that could delay completion.
• Provide regular updates to brokers and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with underwriting, credit and legal teams to deliver successful completions.

The Person

We're looking for someone who has previous experience in bridging or specialist property finance, with strong case management skills and excellent attention to detail.

You'll need to be proactive, commercially minded and confident managing multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with brokers, solicitors and other stakeholders are essential.
