Independent Financial Advisor
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: Leigh-on-sea & Brentwood, Essex
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Independent Financial Advisors to join a well-established financial planning firm. You will provide holistic financial advice to new and existing clients, supported by dedicated administration, paraplanning, and compliance teams, enabling you to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection, and inheritance tax planning.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews.
- Produce compliant financial recommendations in line with FCA requirements.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-generated enquiries.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain compliance with FCA and Consumer Duty standards.
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
- Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Professional, client-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality advice.
- Chartered status, or working towards it, is desirable.
