Chef de Partie - London We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Coal Shed. The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat's Persian roots by cooking over fire. Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast. Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar. As a Chef de Partie you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, making sure each dish is prepared to the highest standard.
