Chef de Partie - Brighton We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie with Grill experience to join our team at The Coal Shed. You could expect to earn up to 43000 per annum - inclusive of tronc Salary is hourly paid 12.71 per hour plus tronc which is based on numbers of hours worked. The Coal Shed is a steak restaurant in the heart of Brighton. The Coal Shed celebrates coal roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat's Persian roots by cooking over fire. The menu is simple: the highest quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible, and expertly cooked over coal. As well as a seasonal la carte menu, we also offer daily sharing specials, a great value express lunch menu, and Brighton's favourite Sunday Sharing Roast. As a Chef de Partie you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, making sure each dish is prepared to the highest standard.
