Chef de Partie to join our team at The Coal Shed.
The Coal Shed is a steak restaurant in the heart of Brighton.
The Coal Shed celebrates coal roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire.
The menu is simple: the highest quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible, and expertly cooked over coal.
As well as a seasonal à la carte menu, we also offer daily sharing specials, a great value express lunch menu, and Brighton’s favourite Sunday Sharing Roast.
As a Senior Chef de Partie you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion.
Your passion for food, flexibility and impeccable attention to detail and experience will mean that you will be able to run multiple sections in a busy kitchen environment.
